Pirates starter Murry Dickson did it all today - not only did he throw a complete game shutout, he also drove in the only two runs of the game, securing himself and Pittsburgh the 2-0 win.
Welcome to the Baseball Classic Replays, where anyone can follow along while I navigate the completely unfamiliar world of card and dice baseball simulations. As you can see on the scoreboards, it was full slate of games today and there were some magnificent performances, particularly on the mound. The Cubs-Pirates affair could make a strong case for Game of the Day, with the Pirates snagging a run in the bottom of the 8th on a Deb Garms RBI single to seal a one-run victory.
